Aromatic and complex with a lifted savoury and dried herb bouquet, layers of fresh and dried cherry fruits, organic soils and wildflower scents. Dry and textured on the palate, a distinctive expression with flavours that reflect the bouquet along with a tea and dried spices quality. There’s plenty of texture and salty palate engaging qualities. Definitely a food wine with a sense of place and natural qualities. Best drinking from day of purchase and through 2024.
