Fancrest Estate Pinot Noir 2015

The first of 3 drought vintages. This Pinot Noir is ripe and muscular. Dense and fruit driven, with suggestions of dark berries and plums. More forward than the preceding vintage. Made naturally without  fining or filtering and only one tiny sulphite addition at the bottling line. Vegan friendly.
